Möglingen, January 15, 2018 – Effective January 2018, USU is pooling its established strategy and technology portfolio for customer and IT service in its new unymira division. It unites USU’s four previously independent divisions BIG Social Media, Business Solutions, KCenter and unitb technology and focuses on digitization of business processes in service.

The international market presence under a strong umbrella brand will offer service organizations and their customers service modules that are orchestrated in a seamless and modular fashion to help them successfully establish, expand and operate customer services and business models. Backed by comprehensive expertise in the fields of digital strategy, digital experience, and IT technologies and implementation, unymira acts as an international one-stop shop for digital customer-first solutions.
